OTIE – RAEIS Contract – Cape Canaveral Air Force Station

As a member of the Oneida Total Integrated Enterprises, LLC (OTIE) team for the Range Architect-Engineer Inspection Services (RAEIS) contract, CONSULEX® provided corrosion engineering and technical services in support of projects at all 45SW assets: Cape Canaveral Air Force Station FL (CCAFS), Patrick Air Force Base FL (PAFB), Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex-FL, Malabar Missile Tracking Annex-FL, Antigua Air Station-West Indies and Ascension Auxiliary Airfield-South Atlantic, but primarily at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS).

CONSULEX®’s technical support staff available to this IDIQ contract included NACE and SSPC certified corrosion specialists, coating inspectors, and cathodic protection specialists. Work tasks included condition surveys, testing, failure analysis, corrosion control related design, technical review and in-process inspection.

Experience Matters

Work was performed on a broad range of facilities, structures, and equipment, such as: communication towers, water tanks, cranes, hangars, museum rockets, structural steel, concrete flooring, office buildings, airstrips, taxi-ways, and the historic CCAFS lighthouse. Technical expertise included high-performance coatings, architectural coatings, materials engineering, cathodic protection, and hazardous (i.e. lead) paint.

Corrosion engineering services were provided to OTIE under an IDIQ contract on an on-call, as-needed basis between 2013 and 2018.
